Gateway Village is a 279-home residential community rising at the edge of Kemmerer — built in deliberate phases to keep pace with a town entering its next era.
Gateway Village is planned to grow the way a real town does — smaller homes first, larger ones as the community matures.
Gateway Village follows a deliberate growth strategy: the earliest homes are sized for first-time buyers and the workforce arriving with Kemmerer's growing energy sector, with larger, more feature-rich floor plans introduced as later phases come online.
It's more than a housing count. Gateway is being built with the infrastructure, street grid, and long-term neighborhood character of a place people plan to stay — not just pass through for a work rotation.
The result, at build-out, is a paired twin-home community sized and sequenced to match the pace of the town around it.
Each sub-phase completes before the next begins — construction quality and site infrastructure stay ahead of demand.

Completes Phase One — 147 homes across the three sub-phases.
Larger footprints and upgraded designs, completing the 279-home vision.
The Grays and the Torreys — each built as a paired twin-home, offered in two exterior color schemes across the eight pre-assigned Phase 1 lots.
Gateway Village's homes are factory-built by Fading West as modular twin-home units, then set on-site and finished — a single home takes roughly nine days to build in the factory, well ahead of a traditional stick-built timeline. Units are always built and sold in pairs, since each twin-home shares a party wall.

A historic Wyoming town, entering a new chapter.
Kemmerer sits in southwest Wyoming's open high country — long known for coal and rail, and now home to one of the region's most significant energy investments in a generation.
That investment is bringing new jobs, new families, and new demand for well-built, well-located housing. Gateway Village is positioned at the edge of town to meet it.
Two decades of construction across southeast Wyoming, now building Gateway Village.
Gateway Village is being built by Gateway Construction Group, a Cheyenne-based builder with more than two decades of experience across new homes, apartment communities, and commercial projects throughout southeast Wyoming.
Every Gateway Village home passes through the same detail-level review that's defined the builder's work since its founding — a standard maintained across every phase of this project.
